Oversees all room service operations, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and guest satisfaction. Manages staff scheduling, training, and service efficiency.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all Room Service operations, ensuring seamless, discreet, and elegant service delivery 24/7.
  • Guarantee Forbes and Leading Hotels of the World standards in presentation, timing, and guest engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, and Housekeeping for flawless order execution
  • Lead, motivate, and train the Room Service team to deliver personalised and memorable dining experiences.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve service issues promptly, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Control budget, inventory, and cost efficiency, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
  • Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, LQA) across all service periods.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within luxury hospitality.
  • Proven background in in-room dining or fine dining operations.
  • Previous exposure to Forbes 5-Star or Leading Hotels of the World standards preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of service etiquette, food and beverage pairing, and guest personalisation.
  • Excellent command of English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills.
