Airport Hostess/Steward

We are looking for dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Airport Representatives to join our team at Mauritius International Airport.

As the first ambassadors of Emotions Destination Management, you will welcome our guests with a warm smile, provide assistance upon arrival and departure, and ensure that the level of service offered reflects our company’s high standards of hospitality.

Main Duties:

• Welcome and assist guests at arrivals and departures
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure smooth transfer operations
• Handle flight changes, luggage issues, and special assistance need
• Manage VIP & CIP guests with discretion and professionalism
• Maintain the counter’s presentation and update digital displays

Requirements:

• Min. S.C. with proven experience within the hospitality industry
• Impeccable grooming and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English and French (a third language is an advantage)
• Computer literate and comfortable with basic IT tools
• Pleasant, proactive, and reliable personality
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
