Hotel Destination Hostess / Steward

We are seeking dynamic, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hotel Destination Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As an ambassador of Emotions Destination Management, you will welcome and assist our guests, ensuring that every experience reflects our high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in hotels

• Ensure guests are well looked after and comfortably settled

• Provide assistance throughout their stay

• Promote and sell sea and land activities with set targets

• Liaise with resort departments and our Head Office

Requirements

• Minimum H.S.C. holder with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role

• Customer-driven with strong problem-solving and persuasive skills

• Good knowledge of Mauritius (history, culture, main tourist attractions)

• Fluent in French & English; a third language is a plus

• Impeccable grooming and excellent communication skills

• Computer literate with basic IT proficiency

• Pleasant, proactive, and reliable personality

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Valid driving licence (car allowance provided if own car)
