The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of Revenue Management Control Specialist at its Head Office based at Tribeca, Trianon.
The Revenue Management Control Specialist will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with the Revenue Management and E-Distribution teams.
The incumbent will:
- Monitor daily rate loading activities across Opera Cloud, SynXis, and booking engines.
- Review and verify tactical offers and promotional campaigns before activation.
- Validate offset calculations and promotional rate applications.
- Conduct regular audits of rate loading processes and system interfaces.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for SVP Revenue and CFO/GFM sign-off.
- Reconcile revenue data across multiple systems and platforms.
- Coordinate with E-Distribution specialists to resolve rate discrepancies.
- Support month-end revenue reporting and variance analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education at Degree Level in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management or any related field from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, audit, or hospitality operations.
- Previous exposure to hotel revenue management systems preferred.

- Knowledge of revenue management principles.
- Experience with audit procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, efficient with time management, technical skills and goal oriented.
- Highly interactive, people friendly and a great team player.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English and French.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
