We are seeking a motivated and dynamic professional to lead the Reservations Department of our fast-growing Destination Management Company (DMC). The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

 

As Reservations & Partner Relations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the reservations strategy of our growing Destination Management Company (DMC). This position requires a forward-thinking professional who can manage key international tour operator and corporate accounts while ensuring seamless service delivery across all booking channels.

You will be entrusted with building strong partnerships with suppliers, driving competitive negotiations, and securing exclusive deals that add value to our clients. Beyond overseeing reservations, you will take ownership of developing efficient systems, ensuring smooth collaboration with Operations, Sales, and Marketing, and setting high standards for client satisfaction.

A vital part of this role is leading and mentoring the reservations team — guiding new consultants, resolving challenges with a solution-oriented approach, and preparing the department to scale. You will have the opportunity to shape processes, train future team members, and contribute to the long-term growth of the company.

We are looking for someone who combines operational know-how with strategic vision, excellent stakeholder management, and a passion for creating memorable client experiences.

 

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ proven experience in a Reservations Department within a Destination Management Company (DMC).
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster lasting relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle challenges calmly and proactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results without close supervision.
  • Strong interest to move to a leadership position as the company grows
  • Familiarity with booking systems and B2B/B2C platforms is an advantage.
