As a Relationship Executive – Factoring, you will manage a portfolio of SME and Corporate clients, looking after their sales ledgers, financing requests and overall relationship.
As a Relationship Executive – Factoring, you will manage a portfolio of SME and Corporate clients, looking after their sales ledgers, financing requests and overall relationship. You will assess and mitigate risks in line with CIM Finance’s risk appetite, ensure timely financing of invoices, and provide consistent, high-quality client service. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to support business growth through cross-selling CIM products, collaborating closely with internal teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of our factoring operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 40+ SME and Corporate clients.
- Assess and mitigate transaction and debtor risk for each financing request.
- Process daily financing within 24 hours and manage day-to-day invoice checks.
- Collaborate with Collections Assistants and support debt recovery follow-up.
- Handle invoice disputes and support sales ledger administration.
- Process credit limit applications and determine recourse type.
- Ensure all risk techniques comply with contracts and CIM Finance guidelines.
- Report any non-compliant transactions to the Team Leader.
- Coach and support junior team members.
- Maintain strong client relationships through meetings, visits, and prompt support.
Profile:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics).
- Minimum one year of experience in factoring, credit, finance operations, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and respectful communication skills.
