What You’ll Do — With Heart and Efficiency
As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll:
 Welcome patients, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
 Handle calls, messages, and patient inquiries with clarity and courtesy
 Manage appointments and scheduling with accuracy and care
 Support the team with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence)
 Maintain patient records and protect confidentiality
 Work closely with clinical and admin teams to ensure smooth patient flow
 Process payments and issue receipts when needed

What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings energy, empathy, and organisation to every task:
 Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
 Prior experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a bonus)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Friendly, patient-centred, and welcoming demeanour
 Comfortable with computers (MS Office & scheduling systems)
 Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
 Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
