RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive all company's telephone calls on the PABX and relaying them promptly to personnel concerned.
- Attend to tele-orders and phone queries.
- Monitor orders received by fax / mail and despatch same to responsible parties.
- Welcome visitors and clients and attend to their queries.
- Receive and despatch letters / parcels within the company's departments.
- Prepare Purchase Orders.
- Monitor stock of various stationeries.
- Perform any related duties and assist other departments.
AGE , EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Age: -
- Between 25 to 40 years old
Experience: -
- Three years experience in a similar position.
Qualifications: -
- HSC Holder with good "A" Levels.
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English & French.
- Ability to work in an MS Office Environment with good command of MS Excel and MS Outlook.
OTHER REQUISITES AND SKILLS
- Pleasant personality.
- Organised and pro-active.
- Ability to work under pressure and to effect multi-tasks.
- Attention to details.
- Priority will be given to candidates residing in the upper part of the island (Port-Louis/ North).
