Reception, Admin Executive for our Property and Land Development department
Role and responsibilities:
Be our telephone point of contact
Be the liaison person between our inhouse departments, our external suppliers, clients and various local authorities
Entertain incoming calls and direct to relevant person/department
Followup of calls
Clerical works for our construction and our property development departments
Help our site personnel in data capture
File, Forward and Followup administrative applications to local authorities
Qualifications and skills:
Certificate of Good Character
School Certificate or higher
Ability to work in a team
Organised, Punctual, Self starter, Reliable
Experience working on Micosoft Word and Excel
Languages : French, English and a third will be an advantage
