RECEPTIONIST / Admin Support Officer

 

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome to all visitors and clients, deliver exceptional customer service, and perform a variety of administrative and front desk tasks to support daily operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and inquiries.

  • Maintain and update the appointment schedule for Consultants and doctors.

  • Confirm patient appointments and follow up on cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Collect and verify patient information.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.

  • Ensure confidentiality of patient records  and other privacy regulations.

  • Provide administrative support to front office department.

  • Assist with patient billing and payments, when required.

  • In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you may be required to undertake additional tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the organization.

  • Qualifications:

    • HSC or equivalent.
    • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Customer service attitude.
