RECEPTIONIST / Admin Support Officer
Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Maintain and update the appointment schedule for Consultants and doctors.
Confirm patient appointments and follow up on cancellations or rescheduling.
Collect and verify patient information.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and other correspondence.
Ensure confidentiality of patient records and other privacy regulations.
Provide administrative support to front office department.
Assist with patient billing and payments, when required.
In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you may be required to undertake additional tasks as needed to support the overall objectives of the organization.
