Storekeeper- Operations Theatre

Nouvelle Clinique Du Bon Pasteur is currently recruiting a dynamic Storekeeper.

Main duties:

• Monitor stock usage trends and prepare requisitions based on theatre schedules and emergency needs.
• Perform daily and periodic inventory counts to reconcile with records.
• Ensure accurate and timely issuance of items based on procedure requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records using inventory systems
• Record all incoming and outgoing stock, including items/batch and expiry details for traceability.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for all items, including temperature-sensitive and sterile goods.
• Ensure expired or damaged items are promptly removed and reported.
• Prepare stock data and support internal controls and inspections.
• Implement corrective actions for discrepancies observed.
• Prepare packs per operating type with assistance of procurement department.
