We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across our steel, metal, civil, and building construction projects.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency across our steel, metal, civil, and building construction projects.
· Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for steel, metal, and construction projects.
· Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
· Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
· Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations and prepare comparative cost analyses.
· Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
· Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
· Liaise with project/ site managers, engineers, foremen, and site teams to track progress and control costs.
· Assist in procurement of materials, subcontractors, and services.
· Review project drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
· Maintain proper documentation related to project costing and financial reporting.
· Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities executed.
· Provide support to management with cost reports and project financial updates.
· Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in metal works, steel structures, or building construction projects.
· Strong knowledge of construction contracts, measurement methods, and cost control.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and quantity surveying or estimation software.
· Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
