• Minimum HSC with other studies in sales or communication.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Office Management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills
• Advanced administrative skills
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Duties
• Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, contracts, and orders.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and partners for follow-ups, order updates, and after-sales support.
• Generate sales reports and support management with data insights.
