New Maurifoods Ltd, a company of the Eclosia Group, is recruiting a Quality Trainee. The Quality Trainee will report directly to the Quality Manager and the traineeship will focus on documentation related to FSSC 22000 requirements.
Main Responsabilities
• Align existing food safety management system documentation with the requirements of FSSC 22000.
• Enhance supplier controls.
• Update risk assessment of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Participate in internal audits of the food safety management system.
• Assist in conducting audits to verify compliance with FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Participate in CAPA activities related to non-conformities or deviations found.
•Assist in developing and implementing corrective actions to address root causes.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on system performance and improvements.
• Propose improvements to the food safety management system based on audit findings, reviews, and performance data.
Profile
• BSc in Food Science/Food Technology/Quality Assurance or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IT Literate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Dynamic and proactive with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication & analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
