Operations Lead (Construction)

The Operations Lead will guide the operations team in delivering projects efficiently and safely. Primarily site-based, this role will ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Project Delivery & Site Leadership

• Lead the operations team on site to ensure smooth execution of project activities.

• Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and budget targets are met.

• Coordinate site resources, equipment, and manpower to optimize productivity.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Planning & Coordination

• Be heavily involved in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.

• Prepare and update work plans, schedules, and progress reports.

• Anticipate operational challenges and proactively propose solutions.

Team Leadership & Communication

• Provide guidance and support to the operations team.

• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, and clients.

• Conduct site meetings and coordinate daily/weekly progress updates.

• Ensure team adherence to company policies and project standards.

• Proven experience in operations or project delivery within construction or related industry.

• Proficient in MS Office and project planning tools.
