Quality Controller

We are seeking a diligent and detailed-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  This role:

1. Involves carrying out tests to ensure parameters standards for viscosity, density, or other physical tests and record on job cards.

2. Calibration of Base prints to meet standards.

3. Adjust production to meet standard specifications.

4. Prior to testing, verification of COA of all raw materials must be carried out. Basic information that is required in COA and all analysis made should be recorded in QC on raw materials log book.

5. Maintain records of all tests or analysis done.

6. Identify root cause after anomaly found on job cards/ production floor.

7. Calibration of lab equipment.

8. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the Laboratory.

9. Housekeeping of Lab.

10. Quality Check of the products.

Qualifications:

• HSC with science subjects or equivalent qualifications.
• Computer Literate being fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite.

Required Skills:

1.  Ability to corporate in Problem Solving / Decision Making / Planning & Organising.

2. Ability to work in  Numeracy, Calculation and Data handling.

3. Being meticulous and attentive to details.

4. Ability to work independently with a logical mind.

5. Possess the ability to ensure proper communications.
