Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moka for a Quality Control Assistant. The Quality Control Assistant will be responsible for executing and improving quality control processes, monitoring compliance with established standards, conducting inspections, and maintaining detailed reports. The role includes supporting quality assurance initiatives and collaborating with team members to ensure all deliverables align with regulatory and company requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Perform quality control checks on post-processing transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Actively participate in day-to-day operational activities to support business continuity.
•Attend all mandatory and role-specific training sessions to maintain and enhance job-related competencies.
•Ensure timely and effective follow-up on queries and chasers to meet service standards.
•Maintain consistently high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
•Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process testing initiatives as and when required.
•Carry out any other cognate duties related to the role as may be assigned by management.
Qualifications
•A Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in a related field / with an academic knowledge on (Swift messages, Treasury, KYC)
•Good analytical Skills to evaluate processes and results
•Good communication skills.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•Have a strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
•Quick learner and good concentration level.
•Self-motivated to achieve goals to improve own and company performance.
•Can manage tight deadline with proper time management.
•Be readily available to work on local Public Holidays*.
