We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on-site, ensure projects are executed according to specifications, and support the successful delivery of projects within deadlines and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.

• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

• Manage site materials and oversee proper usage to minimise wastage.

• Assist in resolving technical issues and site-related challenges.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical input where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum [5-7] years of experience in construction/site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
