Are you passionate about quality and ready to lead with impact? We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality In-Charge to drive excellence in our knitting operations. In this key role, you will:

• Oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the knitting process

• Supervise and lead the quality-team, including training, scheduling, and performance maagement

• Address and resolve quality-related issues reported by other departments

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement quality improvement initiatives

• Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures and policies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards for incoming materials

• Conduct training sessions on quality procedures and standards for staff

• Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives for management

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal standards.
