Production/Planning Support

FERNEY SPINNING MILLS Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Support to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, monitoring, and updating of production plans and schedules based on order priorities and capacity availability

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure materials and resources are aligned with production timelines

• Analyze data related to production output, delays, and bottlenecks; propose corrective actions to improve efficiency

• Help maintain accurate production and inventory records in ERP systems or planning tools

• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to production planning

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of schedules, changes, and deadlines

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review

Who You Are

• HSC, Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment is an advantage
