Based at our Central Linen & Laundry department at Bell-Village, the Job incumbent will be the key link between our hotels and uniform suppliers.
Main responsibilities:
•Based at our Central Linen & Laundry department at Bell-Village, the Job incumbent will be the key link between our hotels and uniform suppliers.
•Coordinate with hotels to identify departmental uniform needs.
•Manage procurement, stock levels, and supplier deliveries.
•Oversee uniform fittings and ensure perfect sizing accuracy.
•Monitor wear-and-tear, plan timely replacements, and control quality.
•Maintain precise inventory records and prepare budget tracking reports.
•Collaborate with design teams for custom orders or brand updates.
Qualifications and profile:
•Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Management, or related field.
•At least 2 years’ experience in fashion, textiles, or uniform coordination (hospitality/ corporate will be an advantage)
•Excellent communication and supplier management skills.
•Strong sense of aesthetics, detail and consistency.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.
•Highly organized, proactive and independent.
