We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Team in the Leisure Cluster!
Overview of the Role:
In this role, you will assist the Senior People Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the HR function and support management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and control his team members to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
- Operate HR systems with a view to effectively monitor, improve or maintain people performance.
- Analyse problems within legal and company parameters.
- Attend to employees grievances.
- Assist and Advise GM/RM/HOD on HR matters.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct exit and return to work interview.
- Able to prepare the monthly, quarterly and Year-end reports.
- Prepare the yearly budget and do the follow up on a monthly basis.
- Monitor the procurement of uniforms/accessories as per budget.
- Liaise with Payroll Team for payroll purposes.
- Prepare and update statistics and other HR reports, monitor KPI and communicate relevant information.
- Coordinate transport of all team members with transport provider and sort out all TM transport issues.
- Managing expatriate recruits.
- Ready to travel to different business units in the center and in the south of the island.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferred
- Experience in HR Reporting, Budgeting and Payroll processes.
- Good knowledge in expatriate management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.
