PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 2–3 years working experience as a Pizzaiolo or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience in wood-fired oven operations will be an advantage.
The successful incumbent will:
• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas following established recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper handling, preparation, and storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to meet brand standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in menu development and introduce creative pizza concepts.
• Ensure efficient use of ingredients to minimize wastage.
