Customer Service Representatives (With accounting background)

• Interact with customers through one or more channels, including: inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, chat, and social media.
• Proactively resolve customer issues, respond to inquiries and manage requests by constantly improving product knowledge and technical skills.
• Achieve productivity goals and quality standards while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Pay attention to detail and be versatile while documenting customer interactions and details.
• Follow up and escalate customer issues that require additional assistance.
• Update reports and communicate updates efficiently and promptly to assigned departments/supervisors.
• Good understanding of key accounting roles such as:
• Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bookkeeping
• Auditing
• Financial Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

1. Min HSC with accounting as main subject

2. Experience in the customer service environment & accounting

2. Ready to work during weekends, if needed and public holidays

3. Good typing skills and ability to multitask

4. Self motivated, positive attitude and customer-focused

5. Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment as well as proactive

6. Excellent written and spoken English and French is a MUST

7. Hardworking with a ‘’Can Do’’ attitude
