Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
Prepare and reconcile daily financial reports and balance transactions for the hotel.
Audit all charges and postings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports and summaries for management review the following day.
Coordinate with other departments as needed during night operations.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in front office operations, ideally with night audit duties in a hospitality environment.
Strong understanding of hotel software systems (e.g., Opera, PMS).
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Flexible with working hours and available to work weekends and public holidays.
