Sales Development Representative

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the SDR will be to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify inbound leads to identify potential customers and set appointments for the sales team
  • Work and act on behalf of our existing Sales team to provide lead opportunities for sales conversion
  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track all lead and prospect activity
  • Continuously improve sales skills through ongoing training and development
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

 Qualifications: 

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Hunger to create and convert sales opportunities
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a five-day schedule between Monday to Saturday and UK hours (12:30 PM to 09 PM local time). The Sales Development Representative will work in our office at Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun.
