Handle the Marketing function
Join us as Marketing Manager, and work together with a passionate and engaged team, to deliver on our customer promise: Shaping Singular Places!
Main Responsibilities:
- Propose innovative and trendy marketing campaigns and communication strategies proper to the retail business
- Develop, understand and communicate relevant retail trends – areas to include sales and footfall forecasting
- Organise communication platforms such as coffee meetings, one to one meeting and oversee retailer newsletters monthly
- To manage and respond to complaints and queries raised by retailers and the general public in relation to the Services.
- Prepare the annual marketing plan following the allocated budget and ensuring that the marketing objectives are achieved, measured and results reported to all relevant stakeholders
- Work closely with all agencies to develop yearly media plan and ensure timely implementation of marketing communications
- Develop and manage relationships with all stakeholders ensuring cost efficiencies and brand guardianship is achieved at all times
- Keep track of and evaluate the marketing activity of competitors of the Commercial Centre, including advertising campaigns and strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness of the mall website and implement content improvements and new features to meet on-line objectives
- Provide communication solutions for all events and guest service promotions which includes managing the internal guest literature package, which includes updating mall guides, directory boards and general guest services literature
- Social media complete strategy
- Mall performance
- Analyse Tenant Performance monthly and provide strategies to help tenant in difficulty.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial position in the Marketing industry
- Fluent in French & English
- Excellent communication / people skills
- Able to work both independently as well as a member of a team
- Proactive & Dynamic
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Packages
- Knowledge of web design and \or graphic design tool (e.g Photoshop) would be an advantage
- A valid driving license would be an advantage
Roster system
- Late Duty (Once per week maximum)
The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at 12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
- Weekend Duty (Once per month maximum)
The employee needs to be on duty for any two shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:
- Friday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Saturday early shift (08h30 to 14h00)
- Saturday late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Sunday shift (08h30 to 15h00)
