                        Responsibility
- Develop and implement L&D strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with long-term business goals.
- Lead the evolution of the Leadership Model to support cultural transformation and organisational growth.
- Conduct training needs analysis and oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programmes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape a company-wide learning strategy that supports performance and development.
- Identify skills gaps through regular assessments and ensure access to qualified trainers and learning partners.
- Manage the Cim Learning Academy, ensuring it delivers inclusive, high-impact learning experiences.
- Expand and maintain the e-learning platform and digital learning resources to support flexible learning.
- Drive innovation and digitalisation across L&D services, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent, supporting transformational initiatives through learning and development.
- Design and deliver core and specialist training programmes in partnership with universities and external providers.
- Lead mandatory and essential learning programmes, including induction and compliance training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adapt programmes to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Create engaging, accessible learning materials tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Manage the end-to-end HRDC and MQA process, ensuring compliance and optimising funding opportunities.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
 
Profile
- Degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience also considered.
- Certification in Accredited Training Programme delivery is a plus, but not essential.
- Minimum 6 years Learning and Development experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with training institutions and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning impact.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and digital learning tools.
- Excellent project management, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Collaborative, solution-oriented, and passionate about people development.
