Logistics & Marketing Officer

We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile Logistics & Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in import/export operations, possess a manual driving licence, and be flexible to work outside standard office hours when needed. This role blends logistics coordination with marketing communication, client interaction, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage import and export documentation and procedures.
• Handle freight rate requests and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Conduct field surveys and market assessments as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agents to ensure efficient cargo flow.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotions related to logistics services.
• Drive to various locations (site visits, surveys, or client meetings), using company vehicle.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to meet urgent operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics operations, especially import/export.
• Manual driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and outside standard hours when required.
• Basic knowledge of marketing and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
