Swan General Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our PMO team, with a strong focus on coordinating and supporting application development initiatives.
You will support the coordination of application development projects across diverse insurance domains, ensuring alignment with Swan’s SDLC framework. By leveraging Agile methodologies and tools, you’ll manage timelines, track progress, and drive cross-functional collaboration. Your role will involve preparing high-level project updates, addressing delivery challenges, and ensuring transparency through consistent documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects across the organization.
- Work closely with internal technical teams (Infrastructure, Security, Network, Support) and external vendors to plan, schedule, and monitor project tasks
- Assist in defining project scopes, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with project managers and department heads.
- Follow up on action items, monitor progress of deliverables, and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Maintain project schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure documentation, meeting notes, and action items are consistently maintained
- Incorporate feedback from internal and external stakeholders to adjust to project changes.
Your skills & expertise:
- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating IT infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity projects
- Good understanding of IT concepts such as networking, servers, endpoint security, firewalls..etc
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across IT and business functions
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks across parallel projects
- Ability to understand and communicate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not mandatory
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or other IT governance standards is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience working in a cross-functional, fast-paced development environment
- BA / BSc Information Systems, or a related computing field
