Role Overview:

Reporting to and assisting the Human Capital Executive, this is a hands-on and varied role suited for someone who wants to grow in a dynamic and supportive HR environment. You will provide essential administrative support to both Human Resources and Training functions, contributing to a positive and efficient employee and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling internal and external training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events (venues, materials, invitations, attendance tracking).
  • Support training activities occasionally held on weekends or outside regular hours (with prior notice).
  • Assist Human Capital Executive in the collection and analysis of training feedback and assist in post-training reporting.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with MQA and HRDC regulations.
  • Provide administrative support in maintaining HR systems and employee data.
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes: prepare welcome packs, update systems, and arrange inductions.
  • Help manage employee queries and provide day-to-day HR administrative support
  • Contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A keen interest in Human Resources and employee development.
  • Ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior admin experience in a professional setting (HR experience is a plus).
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends to support training events.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
