The IBP Specialist will design, implement, and manage an integrated planning framework that aligns mine plans, supply chain flows, and financial forecasts into a single coordinated plan
This role ensures one version of the truth across operations, supply chain, and finance, enabling proactive, risk-adjusted decision-making. The IBP Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting capital allocation, optimising working capital, and driving operational resilience & excellence in ERGA’s mining portfolio.
Location: TBC (with 50% travel to mining operations as required)

Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Planning & Forecasting
- Consolidate mine production plans, supply chain schedules, and financial forecasts into a unified IBP framework.
- Align demand, production, logistics, and cost drivers into one rolling forecast.
2.Scenario Planning & Risk Analysis
- Model scenarios for commodity prices, FX, logistics disruptions, liquidity, tax, and regulatory shifts.
- Stress test P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow impacts to support risk-adjusted decision-making.
3.Supply Chain & Materials Master Planning
- Integrate warehouse stock, procurement, and logistics plans with operational demand.
- Ensure supply chain continuity supports mine plan delivery and cost efficiency
4. Financial Integration & Performance Insights
- Link operational drivers to P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet forecasts.
- Build trade-off models for capex vs. opex decisions and ROIC optimisation.
5. Systems, Data & Reporting
- Drive ERP (MSD/SAP/Oracle) and BI tool integration to enable automated IBP reporting.
- Deliver management dashboards and insights to senior leadership.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, supply chain, tax, finance, and commercial teams to ensure plans are aligned and transparent.
- Facilitate monthly/quarterly IBP review cycles with senior leadership.
Education & Experience
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field (CIMA/MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in multinational mining or consulting, with exposure to IBP, financial modelling, and cross-functional planning.
- Proven track record in demand/production planning, supply chain integration, and financial forecasting.
- Experience with ERP/BI systems (MSD, SAP, Oracle, Power BI) essential.
