Qualifications / skills and experience required:

• Proven experience in insurance sales, ideally within financial lines (D&O, PI, Cyber Insurance)
• Relevant qualification in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, or Business
• Certifications in short-term insurance or relevant financial lines are an advantage
• Strong understanding of liability coverage, regulatory requirements, and risk advisory
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently, meet targets, and maintain strong professional relationships
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
• Comfortable presenting to corporate clients and professional firms

Job Description

As the Financial Lines Sales Representative, you will:

• Drive new business development in the D&O, Professional Indemnity, and Cyber Crime space
• Identify potential clients, conduct needs assessments, and provide tailored risk solutions
• Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to SMEs and corporates
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless client service
• Stay up to date with industry legislation, market trends, and evolving risk exposures
• Maintain long-term relationships to ensure retention and continued growth of your portfolio
