Duties & Responsibilities
- Strong technical proficiency in industrial systems, maintenance, and safety requirements.|
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to various technical levels.
- Expertise in consultancy and client engagement, providing practical solutions and building trust.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsto assess risks and propose effective solutions.
Develop and deliver technical and safety training programs.
Provide consultancy services on safety, maintenance, and compliance.
Assess client-specific training needs and design tailored solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain training materials, guides, and manuals.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Deliver on-site training and consultancy services, including technical assessments.
Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company and client objectives.
Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Be available for local and international travel as required.
- Degree in Engineering/Safety or the equivalent
Minimum 10 years of working experience in engineering, maintenance, training, or consultancy.
Strong background in industrial safety and maintenance practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse client environments.
