Qualifications: • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Management. • Experience in a similar role, preferably in food service
Key responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and food safety regulations across all restaurant operations.
• Perform routine safety audits, site inspections, and risk evaluations at various restaurant locations.
• Detect workplace hazards, evaluate associated risks, and propose solutions to improve safety conditions.
• Analyse workplace incidents and near-miss events; compile comprehensive reports and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver training sessions for staff on occupational safety, proper food handling, sanitation, fire safety, and emergency protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to facilitate inspections, obtain required permits, and fulfill legal compliance obligations.
• Keep accurate records of safety protocols, incident reports, inspection outcomes, and audit documentation.
