Riou Ocean Glass Ltd, in expansion of its activities and to take up new challenges, we are recruiting a diligent, motivated and dynamic candidate for the position of Technical Sales Representative.
Riou Ocean Glass Ltd is a company specialising in the design of innovative, trendy and committed glass products for the local market and exports. We are looking for a dynamic individual to drive revenue growth and build client relationships. You will act as a bridge between our processing plant and customers, you’ll identify opportunities, close deals, and deliver exceptional service. This role requires persuasion, market knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
He / She will be mainly required to:
• Initiate and maintain relationship with potential and existing customers to understand their need and analyse their complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, calling, and social media to expand the customer base.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to clients.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients, tailoring the message to address specific client needs. Visit and meet potential project managers on site.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring that terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions effectively position the company's offerings. Report updated strategies to Management
• To perform any other cognate duties relating to Sales Representative, provide administrative support to Management, other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
• Holder of a HSC, Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Graduate in Sales Management
• Proficient in MS Office ( Words & Excel) and working knowledge of an ERP
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in an industrial environment, hardware goods will be advantageous.
• Fluent in English and French both written and oral, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong Persuasion and negotiation abilities, basic understanding of Sales Techniques & Market Dynamics

• Holder of a valid driving license.
