Head of Branches

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the banking sector is looking for a Head of Liabilities / Head of Branches / Branch Manager.

Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the largest branch and have other 4 Branch Managers reporting to
• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branches offices, (operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety)
• Provides leadership, training and supervision
• Responsible for attaining established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management
• Ensure smooth operation of the branch in terms of compliance with all bank’s policies and regulations.
• Participate in management, marketing and compliance meetings.
• Marketing of bank’s products and services to increase Bank’s customer base.
• Maintaining good relationship with customers and ensure that same is being done by all staff in the branch.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate (preference to business / economics), MBA preferred
• Minimum 10-15years (Branch banking experience highly preferred)

Candidate Profile:

• Mature individual with management / sales capabilities.
• Motivated to work in a relatively smaller bank at a senior position.
• Used to dealing with business pressures
