Responsible for supporting the human resources functions within the organization. To assist in recruitment and onboarding, manage employee records, administer employee benefits, ensure compliance with labour laws, and promote a positive work environment.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Facilitate onboarding of new employees and ensure they complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate training programs.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Help manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Applying and renewing Occupation Permit for Expatriates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation for management.
- Support payroll processing and other administrative HR duties as required.
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold company culture.
