We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to streamline operations, enhance engagement, and cultivate a positive work culture for its Hospitality department consisting of Artisan Coffee, Bento Sushi & Gelato by Artisan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive employee engagement with seamless HR support.
• Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Resolve HR queries efficiently and proactively.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Support workforce planning and scheduling.
• Conduct monthly outlet visits and build insightful reports.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Retail and HR Executive.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in HR or related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience with solid labor law knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in French & English, with strong interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player with a hands-on approach.
• Must own a car with a valid driving license.
