To ensure that all visitors and customers receive a cordial welcome to Toyota (Mauritius) Ltd and are channelled to the respective service providers within the shortest time possible and courteousness ..
Duties:
- Greet all customers/guests/visitors calling at the office in a hospitable and courteous manner and and attend to their requests,
- Develop, maintain and control customer relations through customer attention, support and internal networking to reflect the image and professionalism of the Company,
- Channel visitors to respective service providers within the shortest time possible and courteousness,
- Improve communication within the business by effectively operating the switch board and ensuring proper handling of all incoming and outgoing calls,
- Provide support to the sales team and other staff through provision of relevant information to customers and visitors calling at the office,
- To keep record of customers and other visitors calling at the office
- To prepare appropriate customers and visitors report.
Cambridge School Certificate / Higher Cambridge School Certificate,
Conversant with MS Office Packages,
Good Communication and interpersonal skills,
Out-going personality,
At least two years’ relevant experience or from the hospitality sector,
Certificate / Diploma in Customer Service / Front Office Management / Hospitality field or any other relevant field of study will be an advantage.
