Azure Outsourcing Services is currently seeking for a dedicated IT Services Engineer.
As an IT Services Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external users experiencing technical challenges. This role requires you to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a range of hardware, software, and network issues while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Promptly respond to helpdesk tickets, calls, emails, and in-person requests.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams as appropriate.
System Maintenance:
- Install, configure, and update hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Conduct routine system checks and maintenance to proactively prevent technical problems.
- Ensure all devices receive the latest security updates and patches.
User Training and Documentation:
- Guide end-users on the effective use of software, tools, and systems.
- Maintain and regularly update helpdesk documentation to support user needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Proficient with operating systems including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Knowledgeable in network troubleshooting protocols such as TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like Trello and Jira.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
