The Graphic Designer brings the brand’s products and stories to life across print, digital and social platforms through refined visual assets. The role includes hands-on involvement in product and lifestyle photography to support cohesive brand storytelling.
Role Description:
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in supporting the brand’s visual identity across print, digital and social platforms. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Creative teams, the role focuses on translating products, stories and concepts into refined visual assets that elevate brand perception and support commercial objectives.
This position requires a strong balance between creativity, organisation and technical awareness. In addition to design responsibilities, the role includes hands-on involvement in product and lifestyle photography, supporting the visual storytelling of the brand and ensuring consistent, high-quality imagery across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets for print and digital use, including brochures, catalogues, presentations, packaging, invitations and social media content
- Ensure consistency of the brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints and communication channels
- Prepare artwork accurately for print production and digital platforms
- Maintain, organise and archive digital assets, imagery and design files using structured systems
- Capture and edit product and lifestyle photography in line with brand standards
- Support and assist with professional product and model photo shoots, including preparation, post-shoot image selection and organisation
- Adapt designs and imagery for various formats, platforms and resolutions
- Support sales and client-facing teams through high-quality visual assets that enhance presentation, storytelling and client engagement
- Work closely with creative directors, photographers, videographers and marketing teams to contribute to refined, cohesive and brand-aligned visual storytelling across all platforms
- Coordinate with external photographers, printers and creative partners as required to support approved projects and campaigns
Candidate’s Profile:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
- Experience within a communication or creative agency, a luxury, atelier, creative studio or brand-focused environment will be a strong advantage
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Practical photography skills, including product or lifestyle photography
- Ability to edit and optimise images for print, digital and social platforms
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition
- Familiarity with the use of AI tools and prompt-based workflows to support creative processes and efficiency
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and disciplined in managing files and workflows
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, commercial and client-facing teams
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Resilient, composed and solution-oriented when working under pressure or tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a structured, brand-led and client-facing environment
- Creative, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team
