Garment Tech / Pattern Maker

Do you have an eye for detail and the expertise to transform designs into perfectly fitted garments? We are looking for a skilled Garment Tech/Pattern Maker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop master patterns from Designers Tech Sketch on Lectra software
• Interpret designs into garment components for bulk production.
• Test patterns by making and fitting sample garments
• Generate each size using grading Lectra software.
• Oversee the sampling and production process to ensure quality control
• Create Technical data Sheet with technical construction details and measurement specifications for production on Corel Draw software.
• Optimize pattern layouts to minimize material waste while considering fabric variants
• Efficient marker making to maximize fabric utilization

Experience & Skills Required

• Degree in Fashion Design or Textile
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Expertise in Lectra Modaris pattern-making software & Corel draw (essential)
• Knowledge of Woven and knitted fabrics, fitting, grading, and garment construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hardworking, flexible attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities
