As a Facility Officer at Lavastone Properties, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the facilities. You will be tasked with overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall functionality of our facilities, buildings and sites to create a safe and productive work environment.

  • Facility Maintenance
  • Security Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Space Planning
  • Utilities Management
  • Emergency Response 
  • Compliance and Documentation 
  • Budget Management 

Qualification & Required competencies for the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • Proven experience in facility management or a related role. 

  • Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and safety regulations. 

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Proficiency in using facility management software and tools. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 

  • Holder of a valid driving license
