• Analyse fabric performance and construction
• Develop and engineer fabrics with cross-functional teams
• Follow the full journey: concept → mill development → bulk approval
• Liaise with customer technical counterparts
• Improve RFT fabric development and process efficiency
• Solve quality challenges by identifying root causes
• Contribute to innovation aligned with trends & mill capabilities
• Manage stocks and mills’ capacity to optimize timelines and resources
