FORKLIFT DRIVER

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to support warehouse operations by ensuring the efficient and secure handling, movement, and storage of goods. The role includes operating machinery, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the warehouse and yard
• Unload materials from containers and move goods to designated storage areas
• Ensure proper stacking of goods in assigned bin locations
• Locate and transfer stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
• Conduct routine checks and inspections of the forklift and report any faults
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
• Follow all safety and health procedures and policies at all times
• Assist with general warehouse operations when required
• Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum SC or equivalent qualification
• Valid forklift driving license
• Proven experience as a Forklift Driver
• Forklift training from IVTB or a recognized institution will be an advantage
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
• Demonstrated team spirit, reliability, and integrity
