ENVIRONMENTAL COORDINATOR

• Minimum 3 years' experience in environment management or sustainability within the construction or property sector.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, waste management, and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and sites.
• To Develop, implement and monitor sustainability and environmental management plans across projects.
• Lead and Coordinate LEED certification processes, including documentation and compliance reviews.
• Conduct site audits and prepare environmental performance reports.
• Collaborate with design, Construction, and quality teams to promote sustainable practices.
• Provide training and guidance on environmental and sustainability standards.
• Attend construction sites regularly to ensure hands-on compliance and monitoring.
• Carbon footprint analysis.
