The supervisor supervise the products and ensure other employees meet the client's requirements and perform their duties efficiently.

 

 Job duties:

  •  To ensure that villas on arrival are in compliance with the service level agreement checklist.
  • To conduct villa inventory before arrival of Rental guest or Homeowners.
  • To conduct villa inventory prior to the departure of Rental guest or Homeowners.
  • To coordinate HTV amenities to the homeowners’ maids prior to villa arrival.
  • To conduct villa check before every departure.
  • To update villa follow up documents as and when required.
  • To liaise with EPSL in regards to any issue in rental pool villas.
  • To post breakage bills on rental guest Account when necessary.
  • To requisition HTV amenities on WinHMS.
  • To make sure that all guest requests are followed up before and during guest stay, and same communicated to EPSL/VEL team.
  • To do Roster for the S&Q team and put same on Vipertex.
  • To update Vipertex on a daily basis and update Local docket as and when required.
  • To conduct return to work interview as and when required.
  • To conduct Training of the S&Q team as and when required.
  • To promote upselling of HTV items with rental guests.
  • To ensure cleanliness of Welcome Pavillion.
  • To ensure the grooming of S&Q team members as per HTV standard.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Computer proficient and at ease with MS Office
  • Good communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Meticulous with a high level of attention to details
  • Problem solving attributes
  • Should reside in the south region and plaine wilhems.
