JOB PURPOSE:
- Assist the HR Operations Supervisor and HR Coordinators in their daily assignments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of enhanced people management practices in line with the Business objectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, Induction, and onboarding of newcomers
- Prepare and issue various HR-related correspondences
- Coordinate with managers on their training plans, liaise with training institutions, and process training refunds
- Assist managers in preparing and updating job descriptions and organisational charts for the group
- Coordinate Welfare activities and other employee well-being initiatives
- Assist the HR Team in any other related duties as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least an HSC
- A diploma in Human Resource. Any higher relevant qualification will constitute an advantage
- A minimum experience of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of Sicorax HRMS and Training Grant Scheme will constitute a definite advantage

- Good Communication and interpersonal Skills
- Strong Team Spirit
- High sense of Responsibility and Commitment
- Excellent writing skills, both in English and French
- Well conversant with local Labour Laws and Regulations
