We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver/Messenger to join our team. The ideal candidate will support employee transport, ensure timely delivery and collection of materials/documents, and assist in the general upkeep of the company’s vehicle fleet.

 

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Driver/Messenger to join our team. The ideal candidate will support employee transport, ensure timely delivery and collection of materials/documents, and assist in the general upkeep of the company’s vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and drop off employees as per assigned schedules 

  • Collect and deliver materials, documents, and equipment as required

  • Ensure proper handling and recording of all collections and deliveries

  • Drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

  • Assist with the basic upkeep and maintenance of the company’s vehicle fleet

  • Remain available for early starts or late finishes, depending on operational requirements (occassionally on Sundays and Public Holidays)

  • Report any vehicle issues promptly and follow up on maintenance schedules

  • Support administrative errands and messenger duties when required

Candidate Profile

  • Valid driver’s license (manual & automatic)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations

  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual

  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings

  • Good communication skills in French and English

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a professional attitude
